Ellen works with adults, couples, and elders using an eclectic approach, ranging from short term solution-focused to long term psychodynamic therapy. She works to provide a safe, holding environment in which clients can explore strengths, discover obstacles, and work through issues dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and relationship problems. |
