I enjoy encouraging and challenging my clients to keep joy and move more easily through discouragement. Clients learn through body-centered therapies: imagery, voice dialog, somatic (body) awareness and cranio-sacral therapy; and group exercises that build and strengthen community. I teach caregivers bodywork principles, ethics and how to reduce burnout. |
