Brief Description of Practice |
Trained psychodynamically, I integrate a holistic perspective in order to identify thought and behavioral patterns that are interfering with effective living. Within the context of a compassionate relationship, I work with people to deepen the core of personal understanding and the development of greater relationship skills. Increased compassion for the self and others and more joy in living are treatment outcomes that follow from this model of practice. |
